As September heralds Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, Toko and Tokonoma Lounge in Surry Hills have added a refreshing new cocktail creation to the menu called the 'Table4Ten Hiball'.

Designed to raise funds and awareness against the illness that affects around 3000 Australian men and their families each year, the taste sensation will be on offer throughout September and is the perfect lead into summer.

Engineered by Toko Bar Manager Benito Drovandi, the super-refreshing mix built with MARTINI Rosato and POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice is topped with San Pellegrino Aranciata and finished with a wedge of lime. The result is an intense fusion of Mediterranean crushed oranges and Californian pomegranate, strong in flavour and high in vitamin C with antioxidant properties.

The cocktail will feature at the Table4Ten Sydney Dinner event and secret location after party to be held on September 28th 2010, and will also be on offer at Toko throughout the season with a $5 proceed from every cocktail sold going to the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia.
