It’s Grand Final weekend!
POM Wonderful has created two delicious cocktails featuring the sweet, tart taste of pure pomegranate juice to celebrate the NRL Grand Finals.
Will you be toasting to the Eagle Rock or the POM Warrior?

The Eagle Rock        
Ingredients
·     45 ml POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
·     45 ml Grapefruit Vodka
·     30 ml Orange Juice
·     30 grams Cinnamon
·      Cinnamon-brown sugar powder (for rim of glass)
·      Orange zest

Preparation
·      Prepare a cocktail glass by wetting the rim with an orange and then frosting it with cinnamon-brown sugar powder
·     Assemble the POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice, grapefruit vodka, orange juice and cinnamon in a cocktail shaker glass and shake well
·     Strain into the prepared glass and drop an orange zest into the drink

The POM Warrior
Ingredients
·     30 ml POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
·     22 ml 42 Below Vodka
·     15 ml St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur
·     15 ml Fresh lemon juice
·     22 ml Triple Syrup Champagne

Preparation
·     Assemble the first five ingredients in a mixing glass and shake well with ice
·     Strain into a flute and top with champagne
