POM Soy-Ginger Dressing
- Juice from 2 POM Wonderful Pomegranates,* or 125ml POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
- 60ml balsamic vinegar
- 30ml (2 tbsp) honey
- 15ml (1 tbsp) soy sauce
- 3g (1 tbsp) fresh ginger, grated
- 60ml vegetable oil
- 2g (1/2 tsp) salt
Directions:1. Prepare fresh pomegranate juice.*
2. Mix all of the dressing ingredients with a whisk or in a blender.
3. Serve with POM Seared Scallop Salad.
* For 125ml of juice, cut 2-3 POM Wonderful Pomegranates in half and juice them with a citrus reamer or juicer. Set the juice aside.
